Carlo has been in construction since 2000 and has owned Gambino Paint & Custom Woodwork since 2010. He has been a licensed broker since 2014. That combination is unusual and it is the whole point of him: he can walk a house and tell you what the repair actually costs, because his own crews would be the ones doing it.
