Cindy and her team are fantastic. So smart, so knowledgeable about the market and so thoughtful and considered about marketing to both brokers and buyers. Cindy immediately recognized what made my home unique and compelling, her staging and photography were terrific, and after sitting on the market with a prior team for over a year, she generated an offer at asking price within a month of having the listing. Cindy and her team go above and beyond and are true partners from the beginning through to close, and make the process smooth and successful.

We've worked with a number of Realtors over the years in several different states and Sara and her team are simply outstanding. She in extremely knowledgeable of the local markets and an expert on navigating different neighborhoods, builders, HOAs, ordinances, etc. But where her team really shines is helping out of town clients before (and especially after!) closing. Buying a second home in a distant state was a big step for us, with lots of unknowns and hidden challenges. Without Sara and her team I'm not sure we would have taken the leap of faith to make it happen. She's a great Realtor and a cherished friend.

Sara and Carlo are the “Dream Team”. Their knowledge, expertise and local contacts sold our home this past January. We received an offer within 24 hrs. and signed a contract within 48hrs. The inspection revealed some seriously needed repairs. They arranged and scheduled for all of these, which were completed by first class tradesman and still in time to keep the original 30-day closing. All during this past January while we were experiencing subzero temps. Working with them was a great experience and I couldn't recommend them enough!
