Our commitment

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard is the reference for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with disabilities.

What this site does today

• Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
• A skip link is the first focusable element on every page
• Colour contrast meets or exceeds AA for body text and interface controls
• Images carry alternative text; decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers
• Forms use real labels, and errors are announced in text rather than by colour alone
• Motion and transitions honour the operating system’s reduce-motion setting
• Page structure uses proper headings and landmarks

Known limitations

Listing photographs and their captions come from the multiple listing service. Where a photograph arrives without a caption, we generate alternative text from the property address, which describes the subject but not the image itself. Third-party embeds such as maps or virtual tours are governed by their vendors’ accessibility.
