Notice of claimed infringement

Listing photographs and descriptions on this site are supplied by the applicable multiple listing service. If you believe material displayed here infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL of the specific material you are asking us to remove, in enough detail for us to locate it
• Your address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf

Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
