Sara is a second-generation broker who grew up inside this business — around listings, around property management, around the practical realities of keeping mountain homes standing. Licensed since 2005, she has spent two decades in Summit County and founded The Real Estate Collective to run a brokerage on her own terms. Those terms come down to presentation and preparation. She treats a listing as something to be composed rather than posted: the right photographer, the right order of work before the camera arrives, the right story about what the house actually is. Sellers get a plan; buyers get someone who is calm when a deal gets difficult and who will not rush them into a decision. Outside the office she supports Smart Bellies and youth sport in the county, and spends her time on the same mountains her clients are buying into.
