Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. When you submit a form on this site — a valuation request, a listing enquiry, a message to an agent — we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you entered, along with which page you submitted from.

Saved homes, saved searches and recent searches are stored in your own browser using local storage. They stay on your device, they are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.

What we do with it

• Reply to your enquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about
• Route your message to the right agent or office
• Keep a record of the transaction as required by state real estate law

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your contact details with lead-buying networks
• We do not text or email you unless you gave us that information and asked us to be in touch

Communications and consent

Submitting a form means you agree we may contact you about real estate services by phone call or email using the details you provided. We send text messages only if you tick the SMS opt-in box on the form, which is your express written consent to receive texts from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, reply HELP for help, or ask us in writing at any time and we will stop.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses browser local storage for the features described above. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will name them and describe how to opt out before they are enabled.

Third parties

Listing data is supplied by the applicable multiple listing service. Lender, title, insurance and relocation partners have their own privacy policies. When we introduce you to a partner, only the information you agree to share is passed along.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us at sara.gambino@trecsummit.com. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, where required, notify you directly.
